One Week Overdue

I thought I’d have a baby in my arms by now.  Since I don’t, I figured that she might be waiting for me to take maternity pictures… so I set up the tripod and wiggled around the studio floor this morning.  It was quite a workout: pressing the timed shutter, getting positioned on the floor, then hopping up again while the correct facial expression was fresh in my mind.  The ones laying on my back were hardest to get in and out of, next to the Hollywood pose, which is why the only ones I’m posting are the ones which required the least amount of physical exhaustion.

Things to do in Fall

I’m not sure if everyone is feeling this way, but as Autumn begins to show its colors I get edgy and emotional.   After a few weeks of wondering around my house aimlessly, I’ve begun to be a little more productive, crafty, and upbeat.  Keep the days of change moving onward:

Save a pumpkin from the market, carve it, and charish each rotting moment!  Get templates here, and ideas here Take a long walk, put a spring it it, hum songs   Make devilish eggs Go to the playground to swing and observe the effortless happiness of little ones   Cut up a cardboard box, wrap ribbon or string tightly around it, and slip in photos of summer and winter   See a movie by yourself   Eat breakfast in bed   Buy some funky warm socks   Crochet your favorite ladies scarves and your favorite gentlemen hats, learn to make berets!   Make your own halloween wrappers, and re-rap some Hersheys!   Rip random papers from sneaky places, find some inspiration, and start glueing it all together
